Uni<\/strong>form & Badges<\/strong><\/h6>\n

The uniform for all sections in Scouting Ireland, it is available from the Outdoor Adventure Store\u00a0 (Scout Shop), details below. The only difference between the sections is the top – Beaver wear a Royal Blue Sweatshirt,\u00a0Cub Scout\u00a0wear a Dark Blue Sweatshirt, Scouts, Venture Scouts, Rover\u00a0& Leaders wear a Dark Blue Shirt.\u00a0 All section have the following parts in common:<\/p>\n

– Black or Dark Shoes<\/h6>\n
– Navy or Black Socks<\/h6>\n
– Navy Scout Zip-Off Trousers *<\/h6>\n
– Scout Belt *<\/h6>\n
– Neckerchief<\/h6>\n
\u00a0 * Beavers have a variation without zip-off legs & no belt<\/h6>\n

As with uniforms each section has different badges to reflect their different Progress Schemes.\u00a0 However each section will have the following similar badges:<\/p>\n

– Cork South Scout County Badge (available from Scout Shop) –<\/h6>\n
–\u00a0Group Badge provided by Group, (currently out of stock)<\/h6>\n
– ONE Programme Adventure Skills, Progress Scheme and Special Interest Badges are awarded and do not have to be purchased.<\/h6>\n

Outdoor Adventure Store (Scout Shop)<\/p>\n

The outdoor Adventure Store and Scout Shop have moved from their premises on McCurtain Street to a new three storey premises on Daunt Square.\u00a0 Please note that Scout uniforms, badges and programme books are located on the second floor and scouting, hillwalking and camping equipment are on the first floor.<\/p>\n
